If you are attuned to Usui Reiki or would like to find out more about Usui Reiki then pop along to this small and friendly event. You will have the opportunity to give (if attuned) and receive reiki as well as the opportunity to ask questions and talk to like-minded individuals.

This monthly event is co-facilitated by Julie Coates (Gentle Reiki with Julie) and Rachel Sleightholm (Wings of Light Therapies). Cost just £8.

Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, assists in the release of energy blockages, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body to provide new vitality.
