The scheme that wins the regional category will join others from around the country in the national shortlist and a national judging day will decide which of the final category winners goes to the national finals in central London on 12 June 2014.
Tracy O’Neill, Head of Community Investment at Coast & Country, said: “We’re over the moon that we have been shortlisted for the ‘Investing in People’ award.
“As a highly customer focused organisation, we are always trying to find new ways to help and support the local community and are extremely proud of the fantastic results coming from our Journey into Work scheme.”
David Orr, Chief Executive of the National Housing Federation, said:  “We’ve had some fantastic submissions through for this year’s awards and the judges have had a tough job to do to select those shortlisted.
