Police are concerned for missing 22-yr-old Sophie Duggan who is missing with her 18-month-old son, Isaac Duggan. They were last seen yesterday at around 5.30pm in the Gresham area of Middlesbrough where they live. Anyone who sees them or knows of their whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
